HMS Emphasis Sabbath – March 25
Please have your child to the church by 10:30am and meet in community center near fireplace.
• Students are to wear black and/or white church attire.
• This is part of all students’ music grade.
• Be sure your child uses the restroom.
• Enter church together at 10:45 am.
• Students will sit on the stage.
Washington DC Trip – March 26-30 (8th grade only)
“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He has chosen as His own inheritance.” Psalm 33:12
In only a few short days the 8th graders will be exploring Washington, DC. They will have the opportunity to explore the National Mall and Memorials, visit the National Archives. Tour the U.S. Capital Building, the White House, and the Smithsonian Museums. A tour of Ford’s Theater and the Peterson House will teach the students about Lincoln’s assassination. Touring the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Arlington National Cemetery and exploring George Washington’s Mount Vernon will round out the trip.
Parent/Teacher Conferences – March 30
No School on Thursday, March 30. Parent/Teacher Conferences will begin at 8:00 in the morning and the last conference will begin at 5:00. Please select the link below for your student’s teacher and sign up!

Monday – Triumphal Entry and Cleansing the Temple
Tuesday – Listening and Learning on Mt. of Olives and Judas missing in action
Wednesday – Reflecting more about the events and Mt. of Olives teachings
Thursday – Last Supper, Foot washing, Betrayal by Judas and ME! (Peter)
