General Admission Policies
HMS Richards Adventist School admits students of any race, color, nationality or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students as outlined in this handbook.
Age requirements (must be met on or before October 1 of the current year):
- Preschool: Three years old
- Kindergarten: Five years old
- First Grade: Six years old
We may, at our discretion, require any first-time applicant to take a placement test before accepting his/her enrollment. All newly accepted applicants must complete a one-month trial period before receiving full acceptance.
